1. What is "My Speedpost"?
Ans.) My Speedpost aims to provide fast and convenient online services for Speedpost account customers with a "Speedpost Online Account". Via My Speedpost, registered account can enjoy a bundle of value-added services such as viewing the electronic monthly statement / posting record, preparing the online posting forms, ordering pick-up service / supplies, redeeming Bonus Point gifts, and subscribing the Delivery Notification" service (applicable to the key destinations) etc. So, start experiencing it now!
 
2. Who is eligible to use "My Speedpost" service?
Ans.) "My Speedpost" is exclusively for Speedpost account customers.  If you do not have a Speedpost account, please click here to register one.
   
3. Do I need to pay for using "My Speedpost" services?
Ans.) "My Speedpost" services are available free of charge.
   
4. What is the system requirement for My Speedpost?
Ans.) The following operating systems and browsers are recommended.
Operating System - Microsoft Windows 8.
Browser - The latest version of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Safari. Your browser must support 128 bits encryption. We suggest that you enable JavaScript and allow cookies on your browser. If you disable JavaScript and cookies, you are not able to use My Speedpost.
Software - Adobe Reader 11 (for viewing and printing posting form).
Printer - Laser printer is recommended to ensure the quality of the barcode for scanning purpose.
Posting form should be printed on A4 size white paper.
   
5. How do I sign up for a "My Speedpost" account?
Ans.) Simply click here to sign up now.  All you need to do is to create your own Login Name and Password, and confirm the information provided.  Your Speedpost Online Account will be activated immediately.
   
6. When can I start using "My Speedpost" services?
Ans.) Once you have signed up for a "My Speedpost" account, you can start enjoying the convenience of the services.
   
7. How many users can be registered under the same Speedpost account?
Ans.) A maximum of 100 users can be registered under a Speedpost main account or supplementary account.
   
8. How can I update my password of "My Speedpost" account?
Ans.) Simply login to your "My Speedpost" account, select the "Change Password" page and type in your new password.
   
9. What if I forget my Password of "My Speedpost" account?
Ans.) You can click on the "Forgot Password" link and type in your Speedpost account number, My Speedpost Login name and registered e-mail address for verification.
   
10. Is my personal information protected when I login to the "My Speedpost"?
Ans.) Hongkong Post adopts sophisticated security measures and encryption technique to ensure the safety of your personal information and transactions.  However, you must keep your login information confidential.  NEVER write it down or disclose it to anyone.
   
11. How can I change the email address for "My Speedpost" Online Account?
Ans.) Please complete the Request for Change of Email Address available in "My Speedpost" Online Account Zone and return to us by fax (fax no.: 2854 9623) to facilitate record updating.
   
12. Is there a validity period for the shipping labels prepared on the MySpeedpost Online Portal?
Ans.) Yes. Shipping labels prepared on the MySpeedpost Online Portal are valid for posting within 6 months(from the date that the labels are prepared and saved). Please ensure that a valid shipping label is used for posting. The shipping labels can no longer be used after the validity period.
